Pricing FAQ

How is an "active worker" counted?

A worker is counted as active if it has state = Active and executed at least once in the billing period. Paused or disabled workers are not billed.

Is GST included in the price?

Prices shown are exclusive of GST. GST 18% is added on every invoice. A proper GST invoice is issued for every payment.

Can I switch plans mid-cycle?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated). Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle start.

What happens when my trial ends?

Your workers pause and you are shown an invoice. Nothing is deleted. Pay to resume — all settings and history are retained.

Do you offer annual billing?

Annual billing with 2 months free is available on Professional and Enterprise. Contact us to set it up.
